and Italy. Her work has been exhibited in

Programme (UNEP), Art into Action/The Natural
World Museum, The Paradise International Art
Center (Iran) and in group exhibitions worldwide.
She is a regular contributor to the DIY 'craftivity'
site,
Supernaturale.com and is the Art & Style
Editor for
Inhabitat.com, the green design
weblog. Abigail is also a featured artist on
Greenmuseum.org, the online environmental art
museum. Her work has been included most
recently in the 15th Environmental Art Festival in
the Persian Gulf, UNEP's World Environment Day
in Algeria, Fiber National 2007, Stretched Threads
at The Atlantic Center for The Arts, The Seed
Project, as well as in the periodical, Knit Knit 7,
and the book, 'Craftivity: 40 Projects for the DIY
Lifestyle'. Abigail is currently designing and
creating prototypes for 'air loft gardens' and
'seeded canopies' on her farm in rural Italy. It is
her goal to use fiber to green those spaces that
we perceive to be ethereal and uninhabitable.
She will also be exhibiting her work in
conjunction with
THE LAND/an art site’s eco-
collaborative ‘Site Unseen’ project in the
American Southwest during Fall 2008. For more
